PORK SPARE RIBS
Pork ribs baked in a SPICY red chile sauce – made in the authentic, Mexican-style way Bobby’s grandmother did. So tender they'll fall right off the bone! Served with beans, rice and choice of flour or corn tortillas

THE FANCY BURRITO
The Fancy Burrito is Bobby’s famous burrito. A large flour tortilla, filled with choice of chile verde or chile con carne, and refried beans. Then, topped with even more chile verde or chile con carne and melted jack cheese

BOBBY'S RICO TACO DINNER
Three smaller size soft corn tacos filled with choice of carne asada, grilled chicken or pork, shredded lettuce or cabbage, onions, fresh cilantro and tomatillo sauce. Served with beans and rice

CHILE VERDE DINNER
Savory pork cubes braised and simmered with fresh tomatillos and jalapenos. Served with beans, rice, and flour or corn tortillas
